Hello Parents & Guardians!
Welcome to my classroom website!
This is my first year as a teacher at Skyline High School - and I am so excited to be a part of such a strong, supportive community! As mentioned in my bio on the home page, I graduated from the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business with a degree in Business Administration and a focus in marketing. I went on to work in sports marketing, hospitality programming, and event management for a few years after college. While in the industry, I worked with large clients in the Seattle area such as Microsoft, Holland America, Special Olympics Washington, and GeekWire. I have expansive industry experience - from executing large conferences to hosting intimate client events to managing IT project management. Last summer, I decided to make the transition to teaching and completed a teacher program preparation over the past year. I'm passionate about education (particularly business education), and I'm excited to share my knowledge and experience with my students. Whether your student knows exactly what career path he/she wants to be on or is simply interested in exploring potential careers in the business world, this class will be beneficial for his/her future!
What can your student expect this year? A rigorous course, DECA participation, real-world examples, career exploration, group work, just to name a few things. My classroom expectations and policies can be found in the Syllabus located on your student's respective class tab at the top of this page.
I will update this website daily with important announcements & messages, daily work, assignments & other documents, important dates, and more. If you or your student needs to locate a document or information, it can be easily found on this website.
If you need to get in touch for any reason throughout the year, the best ways to do so are:
I look forward to working with you and your student this year.
Go Spartans,
Miss Hall
